This week we had an intersquad series and we played three games. I pitched only in one of those, but my results were really good, I sat around 80 MPH, and had felt really smooth. During the week, I tried sending my rear towards home plate first and it really helped a lot.
We did not have any game situation during this week. I took some time off just to stretch and throw lightly. I do not want to burn my arm out before we get going into the brunt of the fall. I did some light throwing and a lot of stretching. The project seems to be going in a good way right now.
Week one of the 12 week period was a great and convenient starting point for the project. I attended a Prep Baseball Report event, which is a pro style workout where you get a lot of metrics to your name.
